• The auction is for owners of Riverside 648 ONLY.  Bids from non-owners will NOT be accepted.

• The highest bidder(s) will be notified on Monday, October 13, 2014.  The developer will contact the owner and handle the closing process directly.

• Full payment must be made within seven (7) days of auction end. If payment is not received, then the item will go to the second highest bidder.
